Terms:
- October through February $1650 (tax included) per month
- Includes cap electric/gas/water bill of $150 per month
- Must be paid in for full term at time of booking
- Security deposit of $350 per month
- Utility overages will be deducted from security deposit
- Limit 6 occupants
- Only registered guests are allowed during stay
